This freelance position involves the opportunity to support our fast-growing company. The role of customer support specialist will be to efficiently and effectively provide best-in-class customer support to the user base of one of our clients, the pan-European money app, Woolsocks.

What do we do 

Sniptech is a growing Fintech based in Amsterdam. In addition to developing cutting-edge API solutions for the European market, we also provide best-in-class support and operations to a collection of exciting start and scale-up companies.

What will you be doing? 

  • Process incoming claims from users across Europe, from card-linked cashback to affiliate cashback, receipt based cashback and online gift card rewards;
  • Identify issues and problems, serving as a first point of escalation to IT and Operational teams; 
  • Proactively supporting Sniptech and its clients by providing feedback on how to improve products and services;
  • Working meet our SLAs and striving to provide a first-class client interaction model from first response to resolution.

What we are looking for 

  • A registered freelancer;
  • Working proficiency in English (proficiency in Dutch, German, French, Italian or Spanish is advantageous);
  • Energetic team player;
  • A proactive, hardworking individual who is looking for the flexibility of a remote role; 
  • Client-focused and understanding of customer needs.
